It is with great pleasure that we invite you to celebrate 50 years of choral singing with us.
Over the years we have been shaped by seven Directors of Music, sung under the baton of talented conductors, travelled overseas, and performed in spectacular locations; from cathedrals and historic buildings to under the beautiful Cape Town night skies.
We will welcome you with a glass of bubbly as you mingle and enjoy the sunset over the harbour, followed by superb singing from the tenor, Lunga Hallam. Our new patron, and also the first librarian of the choir, Richard Cock will be officially welcomed and will perform for our guests.
The Philharmonia Choir of Cape Town will sing a selection of popular pieces, including some favourite choruses that you will be able to sing with us!
A Lucky Draw will be held on the evening for a pair of season tickets to all our concerts in 2018!
Canapés, Main Course Bowl Food (including vegetarian options), and Dessert will be served during the evening.
