Sunday Edition #5 presents an ecstatic celebration with the innovators of Africa’s New-Wave; blending Zulu folk, Shangaan-electro and Afro-futurist dance-music.

Visionary improviser Vukazithathe unveils his dynamic collaboration with veteran producer and pioneer of Mzanzi electro - Spoek Mathambo, a hypnotic fusion of glittering maskandi-folk melodies and electronic grooves.

The dance heats up radically as super-producer and architect of the Shangaan-electro sound, Nozinja takes the stage for one of the most mind-blowing live shows you are likely to find, a high-energy ride that blends live dance, bouncing electro and playful Shangaan melody.

 Additional grooves are supplied by Black Major selects and Flo¯yu, before DJ and Internet sensation K$ offers up his finest selections for the dance floor.

This month’s visual artist, the multi-talented Amy Ayanda paints a bright and vivid backdrop to the day and presents the first 200 attendees with a limited edition zine.

An ever-growing collective of zine-makers, print artists and illustrators offer editions and collectables.

A curated designer market features the most exciting local street fashion labels and vintage stores, and a handpicked selection of Cape Town’s finest food trucks and hole-in-the-wall restaurateurs serve it up to the hungry crowds.
