The BCSA presents the 2018 Brand Commune; Is there a point to purpose?There is much skepticism around purpose and if it creates real value for businesses in the long-term. The question remains: is Business Purpose a fad or the future? Is it measurable? Does it add an additional layer of complexity? How does it translate to business practice? And, most importantly, how will it impact profitability?
