Dalin Oliver
Comedian, Corporate MC and radio personality (Good Hope FM’s Breakfast Show), Oliver has captured audiences far and wide with his funny, clean-cut, energetic brand of humor.
From sold-out one-man shows, to touring with some of the biggest names in the country (Riaad Moosa, Barry Hilton, Stuart Taylor), to being featured on Comedy Central and recording his first DVD Special, the man has enjoyed overwhelming success.
He even recently played the lead role in his first feature film - Finders Keepers – which released in cinemas across SA in 2016.
The man is funny!!
Kagiso Mokgadi
Since winning a Comics’ Choice Award for ‘Best Breakthrough Comic of the Year’, 2014, comedic powerhouse, Kagiso, has swiftly become one of the most sought-after acts in the country.
Instantly likeable and undeniably funny, he has shared the stage with SA’s comedy elite (Riaad Moosa, Marc Lottering, David Kau, Nik Rabinowitz, to name a few!) while his debut one-man show – ‘Heavy’ – was met with standing ovations and rave media revues at the Grahamstown National Arts Festival.
Some of his best known performances include ‘The Jive Funny Festival Cape Town’, ‘London, Keeping You in Stitches’ with Riaad Moosa, The ‘Marc Lottering Roadshow’, ‘Blacks Only Comedy Show’ and many more.
The man is genuinely hilarious!
Yaaseen Barnes
Another Comics’ Choice Award winner (‘Intermediate Comic of the Year’), Barnes is not only a sought after Stand-Up Comedian but also an accomplished comedy writer for the SAFTA-winning ‘Point of Order’, a South African panel show which sees comedians go head to head in a mock parliament.
He is currently filming the third season of his extremely popular web series, ‘The Weekly Noise’.
Known for his hard hitting one-liners, Yaaseen has had a meteoric rise in comedy since winning the Good Hope FM Laughmaster Competition in 2014.
Notable appearances include ‘Kings and Queens of Comedy’, ‘The Jive Funny Festival Cape Town’ and many others.
Carl Weber
Comedian, Weber, who is also Oliver’s Good Hope FM co-host, burst onto the comedy scene in 2011 after winning ‘Cape Town’s Next Comic’ with Phat Joe, and later made a name for himself with his sold-out 2016 debut solo show – ‘Bloem-Boykjie Diaries’.
Since making his TV debut on Comedy Central, he has opened for Loyiso Gola (“Life and Times”) as well as international acts, Greg Behrendt and Pablo Francisco.
2018 saw him launch his latest solo offering – “Waar Was Jy”- at Cape Town Comedy Club.
