CLUB UNITY ~ The Vinyl Chapter - 15th December 2018

This year UNITY has been doing Club and Event Productions for over 19 years enjoying World class rocking parties with top DJ’s and artists, and it’s now been almost 3 years since the last event.

It’s hard to believe that we opened our doors all those years ago and created such an impression on everyone who came through our doors and that would unite us as one family.

This year we are going all out and have asked our beloved DJ’s to take the sounds back to the original format we dropped it at the beginning, and - yes - as the saying goes... We going to Party like its 1999!

We are taking the music back to how it sounded then, UNITY and the passion and love for the music will never change, driving beats and uplifting rifts will always be what UNITY stands for and for one night only... we are taking you back in time to that dance floor where everything just simply made sense...

We invite you the Unity family to join us on Saturday the 15th of December 2018, as stars and planets align, we bring CLUB UNITY together for The Vinyl Chapter for our 19th birthday celebrations.

Come once again and experience the wonder of South Africa’s first super club – Sight – Sound – Atmosphere 

We want to give you exactly what you had and want from the original epic club and we have spared no expense and found the perfect location with the same size dance floor, driving sound, lights and lasers to create the ambiance, vibe and excitement of the original of UNITY.

The only difference is, you don’t need to climb 4 floors to get there ;D

We will be announcing this year’s epic DJ line-up in our glorious style over the weeks building up to the event along with the secret venue location we have found for this fantastic celebration of music passion and life.

UNITY VIP TICKET: - Access to the venue dance floor and the lower and upper club, VIP Parking near the entrance, access to the VIP Room upstairs with waitresses on hand, free shot of Tequila and a live video feed to the DJ box and a VIP UNITY Mix link or CD.

The world famous club made its mark at the end of the 90’s as South Africa’s first Super Club breaking through all the barriers as the country was going through changes and the club, having a huge following of different races, dancing together as one under the Unity cog (their well known logo) as seen below:

The original Club ran for 3 years from the 4th of April 1999 to 2002 and hosted the biggest DJ’s, Producers and record labels that were prominent at the time, and won SA’s best Night Club for two years running making a name and a place in peoples hearts for the passion of its music forever.

Since then UNITY have been doing events every few years, which they call Re-Unity to celebrate the club and passion of the thousands that came to the venue and events who are a part of the Unity family.

Did you know? The Unity cog has 8 points that signify the original Unity 8 DJ’s who at the time broke away from all their resident clubs to form the ground breaking club production ~ (Nick E Louder, Chris Klass, Dimitri, Tobie Allen, Gavin Fitchie, Dan Dare, Rob B & DJ Lee).
