Full Moon Drum Circle
Fri Nov 23, 19:30 - Fri Nov 23, 21:30
On The Promenade in Front of The LIght House
ABOUT
Full moon ceremonies have to do with creation, manifestation, birth, and rebirth. It is the full moon that completes the cycle. The full moon is the representative for marking a time for death or change. It is also a time for gathering up your wits and tying up loose ends. Basically, the full moon symbolises the end chapter, shedding light on the things that we no longer need to hold on to and to let go.
It is for this reason we are going to gather together around the full moon drum circle, that will be facilitated by the Djembefola master teacher Manan Ajimah, to symbolically let go of the things in our lives that no longer serve us, and to welcome new opportunities ahead. We will also release the accumulation of stress and tension and walk away with feelings of calm, joy, camaraderie & wellbeing.
No drumming experience required. Everyone will be able to create healing and energising rhythms right away. Drums will be provided. You are also welcome to bring your own.
All welcome.
For administrative purposes and for ease of payment, all tickets are to be booked and purchased via quicket.
Investment: R110. To avoid disappointment booking early essential, as space is limited.
Venue: 100 Beach rd, Mouille Point, on the promenade, in front of the light house.
We are looking forward to seeing you at the event.
Thank You for your support!
