Make your 67 minutes count this Mandela Day - and spend them with Ladles of Love!

We're creating the ultimate Madiba Day experience for you - join us and spend your 67 minutes helping us to prepare the largest serving of soup you've ever seen for hungry people across Cape Town.

Volunteer tasks will include prepping, chopping, clearing, welcoming, cooking, serving and more - it's one enormous team effort and every delicious morsel we prepare will be going to feed some hungry people in real need.

Want to be a part of Cape Town's BIGGEST Mandela Day event ever? Simply select a volunteer time slot, then choose your tasks - that's it! We have 67 minute volunteer slots available all day, starting as early as 07:45 and running till 18:00.

After you've confirmed your purchase, we'll be in touch before the big day with more info for you.

All the money raised from ticket sales will go directly towards this year's Mandela Day & Beyond project. Our target is to raise R250,000 - this amount will be used to fund the feeding of an entire school in need for one whole year.

Because we believe that Mandela Day is not just about 67 minutes, or one day a year. It's about making every day a Mandela Day.

Important Info:

1. You must be on site at the event on time for your slot. We recommend arriving 5 minutes early. Late arrivals will be refused entry
2. You must arrive for the timeslot you have booked only
3. Tickets must be presented on arrival
4. Ladles of Love reserves the right to include additional or alternative duties where necessary

Student Info:

1. All students using a student discount code STULADLES must bring a valid student ID with them to the event along with their ticket. If you do not, you will be required to pay the difference to upgrade to an Adult ticket or be refused entry
