A sensational live show, World Rally Cross delivers dramatic, ground-shaking, rapid fire action sure to be a seismic thrill to the race fan and man in the street alike.


South African's are set for a blockbuster race when the FIA World Rallycross Championship presented by Monster Energy goes down to the wire at the Killarney International Raceway, Cape Town on 9 & 10 November in the season finale and decider SABAT World Rallycross of South Africa.


Racing 400kw supercars capable of accelerating at 100km/h in under two seconds on the mixed dirt and asphalt Cape Town amphitheater RX track. The World Rallycross gladiators arrive in the Cape hear off a year of grueling all-wheel drive battles - with only one point separating Timmy Hansen and Andreas Bakkerud the final race of the season will be bringing even more heat to Cape Town.


Fans can also expect a stunning supporting bill, along with a broad selection of track-side activities in and around the Fan Zone throughout the weekend, making the SABAT World RX of South Africa an all-round, action filled weekend for adrenaline junkies, race fans and families

SPECTATOR INFORMATION

We'd like to share a few important bits with you ahead of the weekend.
 
Things to bring:
  • Grass embankment ticket holders will be allowed to bring blankets and pillows to sit on while enjoying the races
  • All ticket holders will be allowed to bring along hand held umbrellas *You will be asked to lower them during the races so that views are not disrupted
  • You are allowed to bring 1x 1 litre bottle of water, the bottle must be sealed - we have plenty of refreshments on sale should you run out
  • Don't forget your caps and sunscreen

What not to bring:
  • No cooler boxes will be allowed through the gates, we have plenty of vendors to cater to everyone's needs
  • No gazebo's and lawn umbrellas will be allowed
  • No camp chairs
  • No glass or alcohol

Gates open to the public at 7.30am on Saturday and Sunday and we have plenty on and off track entertainment throughout the day.
 
Pit Walks for the public will take place during the below times
  • Saturday 07:30 – 11:30 & 12:30 – 17:00
  • Sunday 07:30 – 11:00 & 12:30 – 17:00
 
PARKING:

We've worked out a comprehensive onsite parking plan for visitors to help ensure you have a smooth experience. 

If you have not purchase parking yet you can still purchase on Quicket at R 125, parking will be sold at the gate for R 140 on the day.

Please follow the signage along Potsdam Road to locate the gate you need to use.

Gate 2
  • Vehicle access for Media, WPMC members and motorbikes 
  • Motorbikes get free parking 
  • WPMC members get parking included in their ticket purchase 
  • Pedestrian access for general and grand stand ticket holders 

Gate 3
  • Vehicle access for public and disabled visitors 
  • Pre-purchased parking tickets must be shown at this gate and security will direct visitors to the onsite public parking
