Join The Wild Love for a magical plant workshop in Muizenberg. This is for all you wild women wanting to learn more about herbalism in folklore and old Cape healing traditions.

Learn about the benefits of making your own herbal medicines and creations in this 4 hour workshop where we will dive deeper into folk medicine.

This is going to be a fun, informative and hands-on day

What to expect:

*Learn the basics of wild harvesting, identification and medicinal properties of each plant

* Make a smoke wand to take home

*Create your own tincture to take home

*Make a ritual smudge spray to take home

*We’ll make a few delicious medicinal tisanes together to drink during the class

* Gain a better understanding of which herbs to use for different ailments

*Enjoy some light snacks made from nutrient dense wild foraged foods after the workshop
