Minerality has recently been met with scepticism by many scientists, yet most hydrogeologists can clearly define this “range of inorganic aromas and tastes that emanate from the soil or underlying geology”.
Cape Wine Master Lizette Tolken will be presenting the tasting with her panel of experts and will explore this subject in her selection of wines from South Africa and abroad.
