Good news, sleep fans and insomniacs – SA’s leading manufacturer of superior down duvets and pillows, Granny Goose is hosting an event with Women’s Health at its flagship store in Claremont on the evening of July 24.

Guests will be treated to two in-store master classes – the first presented by Dr Dale Rae who will talk on The Importance Of Sleep And The Power Of A Digital Detox and the second, by Nicole Biondi who will be chatting on the topic: Busy Is A Four Letter Word.

There’ll be bubbly and cocktail snacks aplenty and prizes to be won. Tickets cost R100, but are extremely limited, so you’ll have to book quickly.
