Last year’s sellout event saw some exciting evolutions in the food offering and this year we continue in that tradition. With each chef creating a single dish in their signature style, and cooking up an exciting collaborations... you can look forward to a six-course experience like no other.

The 2019 wine producer’s list is once again an unrivalled experience in minimal intervention, small batch wines. With the return of many of our original Noble Vice wine producers we welcome some exciting new additions. The only gathering of its kind in the country - 30 winemakers will offer tastings that represent a renegade approach to wine-making, true reflections of terroir and it’s translation into wine...
