Vox Telecom brings you an Outdoor Cinema Experience for the whole family. Hosted by Lorraine Primary School, the event features live entertainment, a wide selection of food and beverage stalls as well as lucky draws. Come join us for a night to remember!

LIVE PERFORMANCE BY HEIDI

Heidi will perform songs from her debut album "'Wat 'n hart laat lag" that has been nominated for a Ghoema award. She was also nominated as the Public's Favorite Women Artist for 2018.

LAYOUT OF THE EVENT

Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the layout, we are unable, due to constant logistical changes, to guarantee its correctness and as such encourage attendees to use it as a reference guide only.

WHAT TO BRING:

• Your purchased ticket (digital or printed) - your ticket will be scanned for access control. No ticket no entry.
• A large enough blanket for you and/or your family to sit on.
• Enough money for food and drink tickets - no food or drink may be brought in. - Card facilities are available at the Ticket Station.
• Attendees may bring a camper chair to sit on, however camper chairs are to sit at the back (in front of the "Grand Stands").

DISCLAIMER:

In the event of excessive wind and/or rain, the event will be moved to the school hall. Due to the limited space available inside the school hall, we will host the event over two (2) consecutive nights, if needed, to accommodate all attendees. Further details will be made available via SMS, email or on our event page on Facebook (Laerskool Lorraine Primary School ) should such a need arise. Unfortunately no refunds will be made available due to the financial commitments made by both the purchasing and hiring of equipment needed for the event.

WAIVER:

By purchasing (a) ticket(s), you as an attendee acknowledge that you are willingly choosing to attend this event and therefore commit to abide by the rules of the event. Attendees who do not abide by the rules as stipulated below may be asked to leave or, in severe cases, be escorted off the premises by security. Parents or legal guardians will undertake the responsibility to make sure that their child(ren) abide by the same rules. If no parent/guardian is present, the event organisers reserve the right to contact the parent/guardian to collect his or her child(ren). Furthermore all attendees understand that they attend this event at their own risk and that neither the organisers (VOX and co.) nor the host of the event (Lorraine Primary School and its staff) will be held accountable for any injuries sustained at the event. Attendees also acknowledge that his or her personal belongings are for their own safekeeping. The event organisers will not take responsibility for stolen or damaged property. Although car guards and patrolling security will be present at the designated parking zones, we do not accept any responsibility for damage to or theft of a motor vehicle/bicycle or any form of transportation used to get to the event. Photography and video: By attending this event, you do so with the knowledge that photographic images and/or video of you may be taken by our photographers/videographers on the night of the event for use on our social media platforms and for future marketing campaigns.

RULES OF THE EVENT:

• Attendees must provide their purchased ticket (digital or printed version) on arrival at one of the entrance points (tickets are also available for purchase at the door - limited tickets available).
• Attendees must wear the provided wristband received at the entrance at all times.
• There are no reservations for seating. Attendees may sit in any of the designated seating areas. Attendees may not "book" or "hold" seating for anybody.
• A strict First-Come-First-Serve policy will apply to both the seating and queuing for food tickets.
• Attendees must adhere to the instruction of all signage and/or security guard(s) throughout the event.
• Attendees making use of the facilities do so with the understanding that should any damage occur to the facilities, which is proven to be done maliciously, that they will be held liable for the costs incurred of repairing or replacing of the damaged property.
• Lucky draw prizes must be collected by the corresponding ticket holder. All prizes are issued only to winners who are present at the time of the draw.
• No beverages or food may be brought into the event. Attendees are to purchase food and drink from the venue. This is an ALCOHOL FREE EVENT.
