Seabrooke's Theatre, DHS
ABOUT
Mysteries will change the way you see magic.
Classic magic effects and sleight-of-hand combine with sophisticated storytelling and compelling performance.
Performed by award-winning magician Russell Comrie and directed by South African theatre legend Murray McGibbon, Mysteries explores the nature of secrets and how they shape our perception of magic, of art, and of ourselves.
This elegant, eloquent and enchanting one-man show takes audiences through a series of beautiful and mystifying vignettes highlighting different aspects of the magician’s art. Throughout the show, Russell Comrie conjures stories that will remain with you long after the final bow.
Seating is unreserved. As Seabrooke's is a small and intimate theatre, you needn't worry too much, but you're welcome to 'book a spot' when you arrive. Doors open one hour before the show. Enjoy a drink from the Distillery 031 bar, which will serve local craft spirits, cocktails and soft drinks both before and after each performance. Afternoon performances start at 3pm and evening performances at 7pm.
