Safer Internet Day is a global initiative with the goal of making the internet a better and safer place for everyone.? Being safe when using the internet is one part of being a responsible digital citizen. This year, we are raising awareness through an ongoing campaign across the school which is going to be launched during Brescia’s Digital Citizenship Week (3rd to 7th February).
The 2020 campaign is “Own Your #”
Brescia House School will be hosting a Panel Discussion to discover:
- What is a good DIGITAL CITIZEN?
- How can you CREATE a good digital footprint?
- What is the IMPACT of your digital footprint?
- What does the South African LAW say regarding Social Media content?
Children are welcome, if your child requires childcare, please indicate this on your booking otherwise they are welcome to attend the Panel Discussion.
