Ysterplaat Primary School needs to keep its doors open during the challenging circumstances brought on by COVID-19. Ysterplaat Primary needs YOUR help to keep our doors open and to continue to be a pillar of strength in the community.
WHY should I help?
Ysterplaat Primary is the hub of the community. With its open-door policy, Ysterplaat Primary makes each and every learner, parent or community member feel welcome and loved.
Through work and play, learners are encouraged to ask questions, explore and create, all within the safety of the school environment. The school is a central venue for community activities and, under normal circumstances, hosts weddings, concerts and numerous religious and social gatherings every weekend. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the school has not been allowed to run their annual fundraisers and has not received any of its monthly income. Keeping educators and support staff employed and able to earn an income for their families, is of primary importance.

2. Select pictures from our gallery. Right click on the desired picture and click Save Pictue As...(Every R10 donated qualifies you for ONE picture)
3. Download your selection.
4. Print and colour in.
5. Take a photo of your artwork and post it on Facebook while remembering to tag us @ysterplaatprimary.net OR email your entry to [email protected]
6. Tagging the school ensures your entry into the competition.
