Hope for the Heart Pregnancy Care Centre Is a registered NPC. Hope for the Heart Pregnancy Care Centre was created to assist vulnerable men and women facing an unplanned pregnancy. We provide confidential and caring support and to explore all options. Our Centre is based in Wentworth, our services are mobile and free of charge.

Our Programmes:

- Pregnancy Options Counselling

To help young people make informed choices through information and non-directive counselling support.

- Single Parent Support and Assistance

To assist single parents through donations. To educate and equip through support groups and one on one counselling.

- Mother Wellness Community Support Group

To create a safe space for Mothers to connect.

-Legacy Dad Programme

To educate and equip fathers on the importance of their role as a father.

- Post Abortion/Miscarriage Recovery

To reach and support individuals who have lost a child to a past abortion or miscarriage.

- Sexual Health Programme

To equip our youth with sexual health education.
