Isadora Duncan's Hospital stay

Isadora is going through a bit of a rough time.

She has been hospitalized with a leg injury that is very infected and full of inflammation. The vet is keeping her in their care to manage her pain and medication, and she appears to be doing a little better but the vet says she still has a tough road to recovery.

They are having to sedate her to take a closer look at the leg, as there does appear to be some flesh that isn't getting blood supply, and they need to see what intervention they can take. A simple amputation has also been ruled out because of how high the infection is present, all the way from her paw to her shoulder, and that would have been too risky and complicated.

I am however looking at an extensive vet bill, and do need some help to pay for her recovery, so please consider donating to this campaign(so far the estimate is between R20-30k)

***Update 11/01: I am able to fetch her this evening. Her care also came in at a lower amount than the vet's original estimate. Currently we are looking at around R15k which is such a relief from the original amount. I'm also adjusting the fundraising target accordingly.

*****Update 11/01 22:51: I managed to fetch her from the vet to nurse her at home until Monday where she has to go back to the vet. Her total care up to now has gone up to R17k, and with the additional check ups and medication, I'm again putting the fundraising target at R20k...
