It was established in 2009 with the following events constituting its core business;

  2. Jazz on the Rocks - 4-night event at Tietie's Bay on the Cape West Coast
  3. THe MosJazz Festival - 4-night event at De Bakke Beach, Mossel Bay
  4. The Worcester Sunsplash - 4-night event at Nekkies Resort in Worcester
  5. Oh Dam - 4-night event at the Clanwilliam Dam
  6. The Southeast Asia Golf Challenge - 10-night, 72 hole golf tournament in Asia
  7. The North Sea Jazz Festival Tour - an 8-night tour of Europe and the Jazz Festival
