SA’s biggest One-Stop Baby and Toddler pop-up retail platform originated in 2015 at a very small venue on the outskirts of Pretoria East.

Early in 2015, two best friends ( Marelize Boersema & Janet Steenkamp ) saw the need for an event where local entrepreneurs and small businesses could showcase their unique and creative baby and toddler products without breaking the bank. A platform where they can support each other, and most importantly meet and interact with potential customers. Six months later, without any support, made their dream a reality.

The first Flair Market was hosted in August 2015 – where just 60 exhibitors hosted 500 visitors –

Flair Market has indeed become the biggest outdoor Baby & Toddler Expo in South Africa, with 25 events, and over 500 various exhibitors, welcoming over 50 000 visitors from all over South Africa since 2015.

For this reason, it’s a source of tremendous pride and joy to us that, over the past 8 years, dozens of our first-time exhibitors have built highly successful businesses from the platform that Flair Market has created.

Currently, we have 90–100 Vendors at each event and attracting 2500–3500 visitors at each event.

What makes Flair unique?

If there is a single phrase that can sum up Flair, it is purely the meaning of the word itself:

“Stylishness and originality”. Our aim is to create a stylish event that is visually appealing and aesthetically pleasing, showcasing unique and original products.

We pay careful attention to every detail to create a memorable and immersive experience for our visitors.Choosing venues with unique characteristics to set the tone, consistent branding to create a professional look, a wide variety of food trucks and beverage options, and lots of entertainment and activities for the little ones.
