"The first time I attended an event like this and I did not have any perceived ideas, my experience was absolutely authentic and genuinely amazing! I knew I had a good understanding of the "power of my breath" but what took place today, was something beyond my previous understanding. I am very grateful for the professional guidance in a safe space, breathing into my own depth and power. To quote Suzy Ross, as I feel the breath in this case is the "ordinary" and there is nothing close to ordinary after today - thank you! "Transformation is an ongoing process that tends to appear ordinary, when, in fact, something extraordinary is taking place." "
