About
UNTITLED BASEMENT / ARTIVIST is a BAR/LOUNGE, Music, Food and Art Space in Braamfontein, Gauteng.
We create the greatest live music experiences in the city. Established 2017 by a legendary DJ, a Music Label A&R, a Marketing Exec and A Community of Dreamers.
Our space is habitat to a community of Artists, Professionals, Creatives, Academics, Entrepreneurs, Music fans and foodies.
Artivist & Untitled Basement have produced/hosted over 400 music experiences since launch.
On average we produce 65 music experiences and sell 6000 tickets annually, comparable to a medium sized festival.

"Langs Mavuso!!! Amazing, everything about him was amazing but the venue could do better in terms of the sitting arrangements and bar management, we had to stand because the were no seats but when certain celebrities were coming in then there was suddenly chairs coming from upstairs and them being served at their tables while the rest of us got zero attention from the waiters. If there’s a VIP then we should have been told so we could also buy the tickets for that "
