Oysters ran out in one hour which is generally the best paired item :( Loved rhe discounted wine sales. Perhaps have a stall for odd bins Benita stocks eg. De Kaap and some others. Have a person offer them with tasting notes upsell and so on. Thought the Quicket option of non drinker was wonderful. Would lile to know if the option of purchasing a credit towards a meal was a success. Will be back. "
