Tara loves reawakening people within their own bodies and voices; connecting them to their inner artist, their Self in other, and Spirit in All.
An internationally trained & travelled physical theatre creator and performer, with a Masters in Applied Arts and a passion for co-creating conscious community, Tara has 20 years experience facilitating projects in diverse settings, bringing people together through the Embodied and Healing Arts.
