Women in Tech South Africa

Women-in-Tech™ Global movement is a registered non-profit organization with the mission to educate, equip and empower 5 million women and girls in STEAM by 2030! We are a part of the Edison Alliance (World Economic Forum), which measures the impact we make towards digital inclusion and we need your help to help us achieve our mission!

Our programs are centered around our 4 pillars of action; Advocacy, Education, Business, and Social inclusion.

Our projects include:

• Computer donations to rural or underprivileged schools
• Creating safe spaces and IT learning centers in townships or rural areas
• Upskilling & Digital skills training, access to education, certifications, and jobs
• Soft skills and Job Readiness programs
• Mentorship programs
• Meet-ups and events
• Regional & Global Summits
• Regional & Global Awards

We have a presence in 61 countries and over 250,000 members globally!

This year's Africa Summit and Meet-ups are fundraising events, from which funds raised will go toward our 2025/2026 projects.
