The Endellion Theatre Company

"The Show was fantastic and Sian was excellent. It was so exciting to have LIVE MUSIC at such a small venue. Recently we saw Mamma Mia at the Artscape and the music was canned. My late father played in the pit of several West End Shows, so an entertainment with real musicians always wins out for me.
The Staff at the venue were polite, friendly and helpful, t add to the experuence.
The one down side was the chairs. For those of us who suffer with damaged spines, for whatever cause, the seats were very hard and uncomfortable. having only been in the lower theatre before, I was unaware of the discomfort I was about to suffer. is it not possible to provide cushions, or a warning to bring your own? As the theatre was a sell out, why was it in the Avelon? "

"What a feast! And what stamina!! We saw Regina Malan in the role of Emma and she was wonderful. She captured the poignancy and intensity of the situation beautifully and, at the same time, was flippant when required. Her voice is magnificent and her stamina impressive. And a special mention of the orchestra: they were unobtrusive yet wonderfully supportive despite their proximity on the stage. Definitely recommended if you love musical theatre!! Sadly the theatre wasn’t full and should have been!"
