About
Soul is a holistic healing and sacred space in the heart of Hout Bay where we offer a space for people to attend healing sessions, workshops and metaphysical classes and meditations, as well as to visit us at our Crystal Store.
We have an online Crystal shop where you can purchase crystals and goodies. We are active at our local Cape Town markets and festivals with our retail and healing offerings.
Our philosophy is based on a non-denominational space for healers and people seeking to Know Themselves in a deeper level and walking a journey of true healing. As part of a community, to come together at Soul level. Our aim is to share in the love and mindfulness and to help you to Know Yourself better in your spiritual growth and wellbeing.

"The Breathe session on Saturday was out of this world for me, I attained the peace that had been set as an intention at the beginning of the session and I felt , calm , relaxed and happy for the remainder of the weekend. I had many visual experiences throughout the session and a healing of my bladder infection also occurred towards the end of the session.
