Coco Pilates is excited to Houston our second annual Breast Cancer Event on 2 November 2024!

What to expect on the day!

Join us for a morning of movement from 8:30am -11:30am at the beautiful @Sandton Hotel in Benmore Gardens. Come and enjoy our live DJ, food and coffee stalls and of course Moving Your Body.

Line Up:

8:30 - Yoga class

9:15 - Barre class

10:00 - Pilates class

10:45 - Free Dance Movement class
