Kenny Archer

Archer Inspirations was started in December 2017, by Founder Kenny Archer, who after almost 30 years in the Corporate world where he, as an Executive, grew his investment by more than 660%. Kenny knew that there had to be something more, he wanted to give back to the business community and pass on his knowledge he had gained from his leaders and mentors over the years.

From humble beginnings as a Retail Store Manager at the age of 19, Kenny progressed through the corporate environment to become Operations Director at the largest Tap Distribution company in South Africa. During his career, he has developed a wide spectrum of skills encompassing many functions of the business environment. From sales, systems design and implementation, automated warehousing, distribution, imports, and operations management as well as the core leadership qualities of team development, mentorship and coaching which are required to lead teams in complex environments. 
Then as an Entrepreneur, did his certification as a business coach, and practiced coaching for over two and half years.

Now with a combination of the above, he has expanded into Training and launch Archer Inspirations as an official Training company
